1. Information we collect

Information you send us. When you request a quote, contact us or start a custom design, we collect what you enter in the form, for example:

• your name, email address and WhatsApp / WeChat or phone number
• your company or brand name and the type of buyer you are
• product details such as shape, size, quality, quantity, metal and target date
• reference images or files you upload
• any message you write to us

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp / WeChat or email, we receive your number or address and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. Our forms use a spam-protection service that may check this kind of data to tell people from bots.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes, samples and orders
• arrange grading reports, production, shipping and after-sales support
• keep records of our business communications
• protect the website and our forms against spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask to receive them.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to serve you:

• Service providers that run our website, hosting, forms, spam protection and messaging, under their own privacy terms
• Grading laboratories, workshops and logistics companies when your order needs a report, production or delivery, limited to what they need for that task
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Your design files and order details are treated as confidential. We can sign an NDA for private label and OEM projects.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work, for example to keep the site secure, remember settings and run the quote forms and the WhatsApp / WeChat chat button. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly.

5. International transfers

NUVU is based in China, and the information you send us is processed in China and by service providers in other countries. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be transferred outside your country.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for six months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If your inquiry becomes an order, we keep the order records for as long as we need them for delivery, after-sales support and our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
