Private Label and OEM Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry

Private label lab-grown diamond jewelry projects begin with a clear product brief. NUVU supports jewelry brands, retailers, designers, and ecommerce businesses with stone specification, design review, sample coordination, brand details, packaging direction, quality review, and delivery planning.

NUVU manages the customer-facing and product-control stages from inquiry through delivery. Depending on the project, this can include loose diamond sourcing, CAD or design review, sampling, production coordination, finished-jewelry checks, logo confirmation, packaging, and international delivery. Specialized production resources or supporting partners may be involved; NUVU does not claim that every operation is completed by one legal entity or workshop. MOQ, development charges, lead time, reports, payment, and delivery terms are confirmed against the actual specification before an order is placed.

Private Label or OEM: Choose the Right Development Path

Private Label

Start with an existing or proven jewelry direction, then confirm the diamond specification, metal, setting, logo, labels, and packaging needed for your market. Feasibility, quantity, pricing, and delivery terms are reviewed for the actual project.

OEM Development

Develop a new jewelry direction from a reference, sketch, sample, CAD file, or written brief. Applicable design development, sampling, revisions, production coordination, quality review, and brand details are confirmed before production.

Customization and Project Confirmation

Customization can cover stone shape and size, quality and report requirements, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold or platinum direction, setting, dimensions, logo, labels, barcodes, jewelry boxes, and outer packing. Exact gold karat, alloy, platinum specification, metal weight, quantity, SKU range, and delivery terms belong in the quotation or approved production specification. For stone-only programs, review the wholesale loose lab-grown diamond requirements. Quality-control responsibilities and available confirmation materials can be reviewed on the quality control page.

From Product Brief to Delivery

Share Your Idea

Send a reference image, sketch, existing product, CAD file, sample, or written direction. Include your target market, quantity or SKU range, destination, and known specifications.

Project Review

NUVU reviews the product category, loose diamond or jewelry requirements, metal direction, setting, size, branding, packaging, expected order scope, and technical feasibility. Missing details can be clarified before quotation.

Proposal

The proposal identifies the applicable sourcing or development path and confirms project-specific pricing, MOQ, sample or development charges, lead-time basis, report requirements, payment stages, packaging, and delivery terms.

Sample or Confirmation

Depending on the project, the next step may be an existing-item confirmation, loose-stone selection, sample, prototype, CAD review, or direct approval. Charges, timing, revisions, and any later production credit are confirmed in writing. See the custom jewelry process for the related approval logic.

Production and Quality Control

After the design and commercial terms are approved, production is coordinated to the confirmed direction. Review can cover stone-to-order match, setting condition, surface finish, visual balance, logo, packaging, and consistency across the order.

Packaging and Delivery

Products are prepared according to the approved branding and packing direction. Worldwide door-to-door delivery is available subject to the order and destination; freight, customs responsibility, import taxes, insurance, and the applicable delivery term are confirmed in the quotation.

Quality Review for Private Label Jewelry

Stone Selection Review

Diamond documentation and the physical stone are reviewed against the selected specification. For pairs, calibrated stones, or multi-stone designs, matching and visual balance are considered for the project.

Each project is confirmed against its real specification. NUVU does not publish one universal MOQ, sample refund, CAD revision count, production time, report option, payment schedule, return period, or shipping term for every buyer. These points are recorded in the quotation or order documentation. Buyers who need more context can review the production and supply environment, compare the wholesale program, or send the known requirements through the NUVU contact page.

Private Label and OEM FAQ

What is the MOQ for private label or OEM jewelry?

NUVU uses a specification-based order model rather than one public MOQ for every project. Feasibility depends on whether the request uses an existing design or new development, plus the stone, metal, number of SKUs, size range, branding, packaging, sampling, and production method. A buyer may begin by discussing one project or collection direction; the applicable quantity and price are confirmed in the quotation.

Can I request a sample or prototype first?

Samples and prototypes can be supported when appropriate. Before development begins, the quotation can confirm the sample price, development charge, shipping charge, estimated sample timing, whether an existing item or new prototype will be used, and whether any charge can be credited to a later order. No refund or credit is automatic unless it is written into the quotation.

How are CAD work and revisions handled?

Projects that need CAD or technical development follow a confirmed design path: requirement review, design direction, buyer comments, and final approval of critical details before production. CAD fees, included revision scope, and any additional revision charges are project-specific. NUVU does not promise a universal number of free revisions for every design.

How is production lead time confirmed?

Lead time is based on the actual project. Stone availability, shape and grade, matching, reports, design complexity, CAD, sample approval, metal, setting, SKU count, quantity, branding, packaging, buyer approval speed, and destination can all affect timing. The confirmed production basis belongs in the quotation or order documentation.

Can an order include grading reports?

Both certified and non-certified lab-grown diamond supply can be discussed. Report availability depends on the individual stone and sourcing requirement. Where independent grading is required, confirm the laboratory, report number, shape, carat, color, clarity, measurements, and other relevant information for the actual stone. NUVU is not an independent grading laboratory. See the lab-grown diamond certification guide.

Can NUVU support branding, packaging, and international delivery?

Private-label requirements can include logo direction, product details, labels, barcodes, jewelry boxes, collection presentation, and project-specific packing. Worldwide door-to-door delivery is available subject to the order and destination. The quotation should identify included branding, packaging, freight, customs and tax responsibility, insurance, and the applicable delivery term.

Prepare Your Private Label or OEM Brief

A useful inquiry identifies the business, market, product direction, order scope, and the specifications already decided. Unknown details do not prevent an inquiry; NUVU can help organize the remaining product direction before quotation.
